Responsibilities As a Skilled Groundworker, your key responsibilities will include:

Taking down and rebuilding drainage runs to ensure proper functionality and compliance with project specifications.
Installing manholes with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Adhering to all health and safety regulations on-site.
Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition.Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

A valid CSCS Card (essential).
Confined Space certification (preferable but not essential).
Proven experience in groundworks, particularly in drainage systems and manhole installation.
Strong understanding of health and safety practices in construction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Day-to-Day Your typical day will involve:

Reporting to the site supervisor and receiving daily tasks.
Preparing the site and ensuring all necessary tools and materials are available.
Executing drainage-related tasks, including dismantling and rebuilding drainage runs.
Installing manholes and ensuring all work meets project specifications.
Conducting site clean-up and ensuring all work areas are safe and organized.
