Salary: £22,000 - £27,000

This fantastic nursery in Bracknell are looking to appoint a Level 3 qualifies and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join their team starting as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality education while also ensuring a safe, supportive and stimulating environment where their students can thrive and reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities as an Early Years Practitioner:

To plan, prepare and deliver age appropriate activities in accordance and the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
To monitor, observe and assess children progress and ensure you maintain up to date records
To promote children's emotional, social and intellectual development through structures and safe play based learning
To ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety and welfare
To collaborate with the team and parents

The ideal Early Years Practitioner:

A Level 3 Qualification in Early Years
A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework
Experience working with young children
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
