We are currently recruiting Assembly Machine Operators on behalf of our client in Mildenhall, Suffolk.

This role involves operating and maintaining machinery, inspecting products, and ensuring high-quality production standards.

Full training will be provided, with a structured on-boarding process.

Shift Pattern:

Sunday-Wednesday, Sunday-Tuesday 6:00-18:00
OR Thursday-Saturday, Wednesday-Saturday 6:00-18:00
Hours: 77 hours over 2 weeks, overtime available. 
Training Period:

Duration: Up to 6 weeks
Schedule: Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00
Pay Rate: £12.38 per hour during training and £14.11 after training once transferred to shifts 
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain assembly machines
Inspect products, record data, and ensure quality standards
Pack components and label packaging
Maintain a clean work area
Assist with machine adjustments and troubleshooting
