Job Title: Finance Manager

Contract: 6 months

Location: Chesterfield (hybrid/remote offered)

We are seeking a qualified Finance Manager to support group-wide financial processes during a period of transformation.

The role reports to the Group Financial Controller and will focus on managing working capital, preparing statutory accounts, and implementing accounting policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on working capital improvements, including debtor and creditor reporting, analysis, and escalation of aged debt issues.
• Manage the preparation, review, and submission of statutory accounts for all legal entities, liaising with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of updated accounting policies across the group.
• Provide technical accounting input on investments and ad hoc queries.

Skills & Experience

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CA).
• Strong financial accounting background, ideally within a group environment.
• Detail-focused, organised, and able to work independently to tight deadlines.
• Confident in engaging with stakeholders and auditors.
• Flexible, proactive, and adaptable.
• Experience with complex legal entity structures is desirable.
