Interim Contracts Manager - Retrofit - 6 month contract

An ambitious public sector organisation is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of its large-scale retrofit programme. This is a high-impact interim role overseeing an annual budget and managing a small team focused on driving value, performance, and compliance across complex, multi-disciplinary contracts.

You'll ensure effective contractor performance, lead risk and cost control measures, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet legal, regulatory, and quality standards. Experience in housing, compliance, and retrofit delivery is essential.
