Luxury New Homes Sales Consultant - Retirement Living
Location: Marylebone, London
Salary: £40,000 basic + uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Friday
About the Role
This is a lifestyle-focused sales role where customer service and relationship building are just as important as closing the deal.
Represent a flagship retirement development in Marylebone, currently selling off-plan
Guide clients through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry to reservation and beyond
Build lasting relationships with prospective buyers and their families
Deliver a first-class, consultative service tailored to a premium, older-age clientele
Work collaboratively with marketing, customer care, and on-site teams to ensure a seamless buyer experience
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly presentable, confident, and empathetic sales professional who thrives in a luxury environment. You will have:
A strong track record in high-end or consultative sales
Experience in luxury property, premium hospitality, Yacht Sales, Cabin Crew, High End Art Sales or Luxury Interiors Sales! or high-end retail
A "can-do" attitude and proactive approach to driving sales
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
The professionalism and emotional intelligence needed to support clients through an important life decision
What's on Offer
