A growing construction business is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to further grow their pre-construction commercial team. This role helps provides vital commercial input during tendering and early project development.

Key Responsibilities

• Review contracts, specifications, and tender documents, highlighting risks and obligations.
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to pre-construction, design, and project teams.
• Negotiation of contract terms and development of payment schedules and cash flows.
• Assist in forming procurement and subcontract strategies.
• Attend prestart meetings to support commercial and contractual discussions.

About You

• Awareness of JCT, NEC, or bespoke contracts.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to learn and develop
