The Role
As a HLTA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, delivering high-quality interventions and booster sessions, and covering whole class teaching when needed. Your ability to adapt across key stages and your proactive approach to supporting learning will be key in this varied and rewarding role.

The Ideal Candidate Will
• Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualification
• Have experience working across primary year groups
• Be confident leading lessons and delivering small group or one-to-one interventions
• Be passionate about inclusion, equality and holistic child development
• Bring enthusiasm, initiative, and a team-player attitude
