Welder Fabricator - Temp to Perm Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join a specialist and well-established Building Services company delivering bespoke mechanical and electrical solutions across the Energy, Food Processing, and Pharmaceutical sectors.

Our client works closely with their customers from initial concept through to delivery, providing tailored engineering solutions to meet complex project requirements. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add a skilled Welder Fabricator to their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

The Role

MIG, TIG and MMA welding

*

Pipework fabrication and welding

*

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and project specifications

*

Selecting the appropriate welding equipment and methods for each task

*

Aligning and preparing components for welding

*

Inspecting and finishing welded surfaces to ensure high-quality results

*

Calculating dimensions and measurements for fabrication

*

Working collaboratively with the wider workshop and project team

*

Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures

What We're Looking For

*

Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding (essential)

*

Experience with pipework welding

*

Ability to read and follow technical drawings

*

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

*

Ability to plan work effectively and meet deadlines

*

Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

*

Good understanding of health and safety procedures
