Are you looking for a new opportunity? Randstad CPE is recruiting for a Help Desk Operator to join our clients team. This is a new project for them and they are excited in building the correct team to grow the business with them. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and customers within the business calling into the helpdesk. You need to have a strong customer services background and be highly focused on being able to give the right support to stakeholders and customers within the business.

The role is on site for the premises within Leicester

This role is temporary for three months, but for the right candidate there is a chance of a permanent position.

Package included:

Working hours 8am - 5pm 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday (40 Hours per week)
£11.50 per hour
Training facilities in place to gain better knowledge and understanding.

Main duties include:

Providing support by answering calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
Prioritising tasks due to the information provided by the client.
Liaising with Sub contractors on a daily basis to ensure workload is completed on time
Managing complaints accordingly
Ensuring that KPIs are met in time.
General administrative support
effective management of all preventative maintenance
scheduling and reactive service calls by logging jobs, seeing them through to completion and escalating where appropriate.

Requirements:

Excellent computer skills with use of email, word processing, invoices and excel.
Strong administrative background
Experience working within a Facilities Management environment with CAFM systems ( This is deserided )
Strong organisational and planning skills, Meticulous attention to detail
