I am recruiting for a technologically minded Service Manager, who has a passion for technology and in delivering a first-class service to clients & customers within the IT Services, Cloud & Network Industry.

As a Service Manager, you will play a key role in continuing the organic growth of this well-established company by assisting in the management of services for key clients in the private & public sector.

Role Responsibilities:

As Service Manager, you will play an integral role in ensuring that service requirements are met for key customers & client accounts. You will do this by working in a stand alone position, exceeding client expectations and ensuring business objectives are achieved.

You will work alongside the Account Management, Technical Consultant, Service Delivery and Customer Support teams, and so this role requires an individual confident in bringing the Service together as a whole and ensure all service requirements of major accounts are met and exceed customer expectations.

A key responsibility will be to continuously review the delivery of services to major clients and identify areas to improve the service in all areas
You are the operational lead for customer engagement following the implementation of projects and ensure any issues / queries / needs are met to a high standard
Successful manage the in-service changes and improvements across the different teams, by successfully liaising with the varying stakeholders
Regular customer review meetings, where you will assess satisfaction, service delivery and identify opportunities for revenue growth / sales opportunitiesEssential Skills:

It is essential that you have worked for a Managed Service / Cloud / Network Service Provider and have a thorough understanding of the industry
An understanding of ITIL processes and principles is essential
You have the capability to listen to customer pain points in the service and identify their requirements
You are customer orientated with a highly organised and logical approach to fulfilling requirementsWhat you get in return:
