We are delighted to partner with a respected nursing home in Co. Kilkenny to recruit an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to lead and support their dedicated care team.

Requirements:

• Active NMBI registration

• Minimum of 1 year's experience working as a CNM in a nursing home environment

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

• Sound clinical judgment and decision-making ability

• Proven ability to inspire and manage teams while working autonomously

• Commitment to promoting excellence in care and teamwork

• Eligibility to work in Ireland

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance high standards of nursing and social care in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies

• Manage all aspects of medication administration, compliance, and audit processes in partnership with GPs and pharmacies

• Provide guidance, supervision, and mentorship to nursing and care staff, encouraging professional growth and continuous learning

• Conduct and monitor clinical, environmental, and medication audits, ensuring action plans are implemented effectively

• Act as a key point of contact for residents and their families, ensuring clear communication and compassionate care at all times
