We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Littleborough. This is a rewarding opportunity for a passionate individual who is committed to making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

The Role:

Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning plans

Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties

Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant (or in a similar SEN support role)

Experience supporting children with additional needs

Strong behaviour management skills

A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach

Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification desirable)
