The ideal candidate will have 5 years minimum experience Carpenter/ working foreperson with the ability to oversee medium size projects, assist with training a small team of carpenter improvers and be able to deal with queries from other trades and communicate excellently.

Must have good overall knowledge of fit out and commercial refurbishments.

Experience in both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry/ general construction and have a desire to progress the team and their skillset. You will be working alongside all trades and working to works programmes.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise Health and Safety onsite

* Complete snagging reports

* Liaise with sub-contractors

* Supervise of labour on site

* Delivery co-ordination of materials

* Attend site meetings
