Qualified Social Worker, Adoption Team, Leicester City Council Pay rate to £35 per hourContract roleVitalis are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to work in an Adoption team in Leicester City Council.The team recruit, train, and assess prospective adopters. We support the adopters through family finding to matching panel and remain involved until the Adoption Order is granted.The adoption team is also responsible for family finding for every child in Leicester City who has a Placement Order.Leicester City is part of a regional adoption agency Family Adoption Links. As a region we have created a larger group of children and adopters, which means more availability of adoptive families for the children of Leicester City.Don’t forget, if this role isn’t the perfect fit, we’re confident we can find one that is.
