We are currently on the lookout for a Lead Contract Support


Normal working hours

Our client is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Lead Contract Support join the team on a well know static site in London.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive financial and administrative services through leadership of the team.

  • Microsoft Dynamics experience is preferred
  • Key tasks Contract
  • Build and develop relationships with key business and account stakeholders, customers and external agencies
  • Identify and help drive implementation of savings opportunities to ensure customer and financial savings targets are maximized
  • Attend and actively participate in monthly
  • Contract Review meetings
  • Ensure use of Preferred Suppliers is maximised and best practice “better buying” is in place
  • Ensure systems (e.g. Ariba, Webquote) are in use and kept updated
  • Familiar with daily operations and the specific scope of the contract (e.g. contract renewal dates, update S1's & variations where necessary)
  • Manage the Support Team in the production of billing application, calculating margins, raising invoices and submitting to client
  • Managing the Support Team to control the invoice pool
  • Creation and review of management reports such as P&L, WIP, Unbilled Revenue, Debt, OPO's & Invoice
  • Raising Purchase Orders when required
  • Reviewing open Purchase Orders
  • Policy and procedure compliance
  • Comprehensive spend tracking
  • Manage the team's submission of weekly reports to include WIP, Debt, Invoice Pool and OPO updates. ·
  • Assists F&CSM in month end reporting (e.g. OPO reports, EW margin reviews, Aged Debt) ·
  • Run and review P&Ls Monthly and influence P&L result
  • Ad-hoc reporting as requested
  • Team KPI management and support
  • Dynamics AX system champion Quality ·Manage CAFM system as super/key user, including PPM records, reactives and reporting
  • Ensure reviews of Subcontractor performance and feedback through appropriate systems (e.g. Ariba) are carried out
  • Provide training and support to the contract site teams where necessary
  • Liaise with procurement team to ensure the team is in compliance
  • Run monthly procurement dashboard
  • Actively identify/implement innovation to enhance performance and continue to meet client expectations
  • Ensure best practice is shared across the contract
  • Deliver the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial systems, identify opportunities to enhance system efficiencies
  • Demonstrate knowledge of procedures and processes and deliver these to the required standard
  • Deliver and maintain compliance through the required procedures and processes through the Support Team
