An excellent secondary school in the Hampton area (Middlesex) is looking to appoint a Head of Design Technology to join their leadership team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced DT teacher ready to step into leadership, or an established Head of Department looking for a new challenge.

The role:

* Lead and develop a successful Design Technology department

* Teach across KS3-KS5 (depending on specialism)

* Drive curriculum innovation and high standards of teaching & learning

* Support and develop staff within the department

The school:

* Well-established 11-18 secondary school

* Supportive SLT and strong leadership structure

* Good facilities for DT

* Focus on staff development and progression

The ideal candidate:

* Strong DT subject knowledge (any specialism considered)

* Experience teaching in UK secondary schools

* Leadership experience or ready to step up

* Passion for raising attainment and developing curriculum
