Day-to-Day

• Conduct FRAs across residential buildings
• Audit third-party assessments for compliance
• Develop and track action plans for remedial works
• Liaise with Fire Authorities, contractors & internal teams
• Deliver fire safety guidance and toolbox talks

Requirements

• FRA qualification (IFE or equivalent)
• Experience in housing/construction FRAs
• Knowledge of Fire Safety Order 2005
• Stakeholder influence & risk assessment skills
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable: NEBOSH, asbestos awareness, social housing experience
