Electricians Required - Up to £50,000 + Overtime

Primary Areas: Berkshire & North Hampshire (Reading, Bracknell, Slough and surrounding locations)

Secondary Areas: Southampton and Portsmouth

We're recruiting experienced electricians to join our expanding delivery team working on fast-paced social housing projects across SHDF and ECO4 programmes. This is long-term, secure work with a strong pipeline and clear forward planning.

What We Offer

* Salary up to £50,000 per year, plus overtime

* Company van - fully equipped and GPS tracked

* Tools & uniform provided (certain power tools included)

* 40-hour working week (site-based)

* Travel time paid - first hour each way included, anything beyond paid at overtime rates

The Role

You'll be carrying out electrical installations, upgrades, and commissioning work as part of large-scale social housing retrofit and energy efficiency programmes. The work is delivery-focused and suits electricians who are comfortable working to programme in a busy environment.

Current & Upcoming Work

Ongoing SHDF and ECO4 projects across Reading, Bracknell and Slough, with a secured pipeline of work across Berkshire and North Hampshire for the next 3+ years.

We aim to keep engineers working close to home wherever possible, reducing unnecessary travel and improving work-life balance.
