Hackney Council is seeking a senior practitioner for its Commissioning Reviews team.

This assignment will last 3 months initially, paid at £36 umbrella.

The role will involve the following:

• Reviewing placements in commissioned services
• Ensuring services meet assessed needs and maintain quality
• Updating support plans if needed
• Strengths-based reviews under the Care Act
• Some supervisory responsibilities

Requirements of the role:

• Qualified Social Worker
• Fully Social Work England registered
• Must have significant post-qualified experience in statutory adult social care
• Must have excellent knowledge of commissioned services and the review process
