Time 4 Recruitment have a great temporary opportunity for a Temporary Finishing Manager based in Wembley for 4 weeks work - to join a well-established, award winning, national main contractor.

The role of Finishing Manager is to start Monday 4th August for 4 weeks work in Wembley

This will be until the end of the project!! We are looking for someone to push the finishing contractors over the finish line!!

Our client specialises in key construction projects such as Hotels and Student Accommodation; Residential Projects and it is vital you have been a Finishing Manager on similar schemes previously.

The role of Finishing Manager is to start Monday 4th August This client is synonymous with forward thinking in its approach, quality and product finish working with creative solutions by using the latest construction technologies and processes.

As Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for managing a group of finishing contractors on a project or construction site. Your job duties include making sure the project is finished to customer satisfaction and ensuring all workers adhere to safety standards.

Key responsibilities:
• Manager all finishing contractors on site
• Supervising all labourer and visitors on site.
• Ensuring the package is on time against programme
• Ensure the Site team adhere to H & S Compliance.
• Ensure the Site team adhere to the high quality of works to meet the clients' demands.
• Ensuring the safety of all site personnel
• Productivity of Site staff

Skills and Experience
• Previous Finishing Manager experience is essential for this role
• Previous experience on similar care home projects is preferred
• SMSTS
• Holds valid CSCS card
• Completed and passed SMSTS
• Valid First Aid certificate

Benefits:
• Salary £23 to £25 per hour (salary will depend on experience)
• Temporary role.
• To start Monday 4th August 2025
• Weekly pay.
• Location - Wembley - London
