Operations Manager – 3-Month FTC (Construction)

Location: St Columb Start: ASAP
• Rate: FTE £50k pa

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager on a 3-month fixed term contract. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, someone who is resilient and experienced in Operational Change. 

What you’ll do:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations
• Ensure safety, quality, and programme compliance
• Manage labour, subcontractors, plant and materials
• Support cost control, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Provide strong leadership to site teams
• Information gathering

What you’ll need:

• Proven construction operations/site management experience
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and safety requirements (SMSTS/CSCS)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
