I am seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Manager to join a growing business in the Manufacturing sector. This key leadership role will manage and enhance the company's quality assurance ensuring standards are upheld and improved across all stages of the production process.
 
You will work closely with the senior leadership team and play a critical role in supporting daily manufacturing operations. This position may involve occasional travel in the UK or overseas.
 
Key duties of the role:

Lead and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
Collaborate with production teams to embed quality procedures
Monitor and evaluate quality performance, identify trends and implement corrective actions
Control and distribute quality documentation
Manage internal audits, supplier quality assessments and external certification processes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Investigate and manage customer complaints related to quality
Provide mentoring, training and support to staff 
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 4 years in a Quality Manager role
Proven background in the Manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge and hands on experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
Excellent communication, leadership and lean techniques
