About the Role:
A leading regional main contractor, renowned for quality delivery and a collaborative approach, is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Site Manager to lead projects across Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. With schemes ranging up to £20 million, you will be involved in a diverse portfolio including new build, refurbishment, and complex multi-sector developments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader to take ownership of high-profile projects, contribute to a strong site team, and grow within a business that genuinely values long-term development and internal progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day management of construction activities on site.

Ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of projects to the highest standards.

*

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

*

Mentor and support junior managers while assisting the Contracts Manager where needed.

*

Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues with a practical, solution-led mindset.

*

Maintain accurate project documentation and site records in line with company procedures.

*

Foster a positive team culture and uphold the company's personal, quality-driven ethos.

*

Willingness to travel within the operating region and stay away when required.
