HR Coordinator - Contract

Location: OSHQ, Southampton (Hybrid - in office Tuesdays & Thursdays)
Engagement: PAYE only (via agency or approved umbrella)
IR35: Inside IR35

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound HR queries through Workday Help, providing timely and accurate responses
  • Support core HR processes, including pay-related updates in Workday
  • Maintain accurate data across Workday and SharePoint
  • Ensure all HR administration follows the correct business processes
  • Contribute to the creation and optimisation of content for a new product series, including product descriptions and SEO terms
  • Set up new products on Amazon and coordinate descriptions and imagery with internal teams
  • Work with marketing, sales and product teams to ensure content is engaging, accurate and aligned
  • Source and validate imagery with product and cartography teams

What We're Looking For

  • Proven HR experience and understanding of HR processes
  • Strong customer service approach
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Experience using HR systems (Workday knowledge is an advantage)
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills across all channels
