Our client is looking for a Workshop Controller to join their highly skilled and welcoming team in Hook.

Description:

Workshop Controllers (also referred to as foremen) are senior engineers responsible for overseeing the work taking place in the workshop as well as the technicians and the facilities. You will make sure targets are met and report into the service manager as well as maintaining a high level of productivity from your staff.

What is being offered:

* 7am - 5pm - Flexible

* Monday - Friday

* Salary £35,000 - £40,000

Requirements:

* Driving Licence

* Previous Bodyshop experience

* Previous Workshop Controller experience or similar experience

About You:

* You will have an extensive understanding of the motor industry.

* Additionally, you will have excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure
