About the Role

A Nursery in epping is seeking a passionate Room Leader to join their warm, nurturing, and well-established Early Years team. You will play a key role in leading a room, supporting staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children aged 0-5.

Key Duties

Lead day-to-day operations in your allocated room

Support and mentor Early Years Practitioners

*

Plan and deliver engaging, development-focused activities

Oversee safeguarding and welfare

*

Build strong relationships with parents and staff

*

Maintain EYFS documentation and assessments

Requirements

*

Level 3 or above in Early Years/Childcare

*

Previous Room Leader or Senior Practitioner experience preferred

*

Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

*

Confident communicator and team leader

*

Passionate about supporting early development
