Adept Resourcing is working on behalf of a long-term key client in Sheffield to recruit a Spares Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business with a strong reputation in its sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage spare parts orders and stock levels
Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery
Process orders using internal ERP systems
Support continuous improvement in parts and inventory processes
Requirements:

Previous experience in a spares/parts coordination role within manufacturing or engineering
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience using ERP or stock management systems
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Benefits:

Salary: £31,000 (with potential flexibility)
24 days annual leave including bank holidays (increasing with service)
Full time hours; 36.25 Monday to Friday, 08.30am - 4.45pm (office based)
