My client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm, have an opportunity for an energetic, enthusiastic candidate to join their Newbury office in the critical Reception role. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a legal environment, demonstrate attention to detail, be a good team player and be pro-active in their approach, to ensure the client experience, and assistance for staff in the office, is innovative and supportive.

The role involves not only standard telephony and meet and greet duties, but also assistance with banking, shopping, scanning/copying, post duties and ensuring all public areas meet the standards required in a professional office.

The role is full-time, 8.30am-5.45pm Monday to Friday
