About the Role

As Regional Education Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple centres, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning are consistently achieved. You'll lead and develop a team of tutors, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure full compliance with Ofsted and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:

Recruiting, training, and developing tutors to deliver exceptional learner experiences

Driving continuous improvement through lesson observations and constructive feedback

*

Monitoring centre performance, compliance, and learner outcomes

*

Acting as the key link between centre teams and senior leadership

*

Leading on Ofsted readiness and supporting inspections to ensure positive outcomes

This is a strategic leadership position where your decisions will shape regional performance and drive organisational success.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for an experienced and inspirational education leader who brings:

A recognised qualification in Education (Level 5 or above)

*

At least 5 years' teaching experience combined with 3+ years in educational or operational management

*

Experience conducting lesson observations and supporting Ofsted inspections

*

Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of driving performance

*

Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication abilities

*

Flexibility to travel between centres as required

Experience with e-portfolios (OneFile) and familiarity with the Matrix Standard are desirable but not essential.
