General Purpose: Performs front desk management of incoming and outgoing guests.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Answers and directs calls; meets, greets, and provides assistance to visitors; maintains contact lists, maintains visitor log and badging process; coordinates with security/facilities as needed; handles mail sorting and distribution; greets interviewees; assists with reports as needed; assists with preparation for VIP meetings; assists staff as needed and other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience: High school education or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree. Microsoft Access proficiency.
