Are you a passionate and nurturing Early Years Practitioner ready to inspire young minds? Teach Now is proud to be working with a warm and welcoming primary school in the heart of Hackney, seeking an enthusiastic professional to join their outstanding EYFS team this September.

This school is a hidden gem in a peaceful residential area of Hackney, offering beautiful outdoor spaces, a supportive leadership team, and a tight-knit school community. With a child-centred approach and a strong focus on early development, it's a place where curiosity is encouraged, play is purposeful, and every child is given the tools to flourish.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll be instrumental in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where young children can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. Working closely with teachers, parents, and support staff, you'll help lay the foundation for a lifelong love of learning.

What this school offers:

• A positive, friendly working environment with a collaborative team
• Beautiful, well-resourced early years classrooms and outdoor areas
• Engaged, enthusiastic learners with inquisitive minds
• A strong commitment to staff wellbeing and professional development
• Supportive leadership that values creativity and initiative
• Easily accessible location with great transport links across London

What we're looking for:

• A Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification or equivalent experience
• A deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• Warmth, patience, and a passion for child development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

If you're ready to make a meaningful difference and join a school that truly values its staff and pupils, we'd love to hear from you.
