Prep Associate : The prep associate prepares recipes and ingredients used to create la Madeleine signature food. Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and food safety is of the foremost importance for this position. Prep functions include cutting, chopping, mixing, weighing, baking, pastry preparation, and various other tasks related to food production. 100% compliance to food safety standards, recipes and procedures is essential. Prep associates prepare quantities of food as dictated by management.
