Are you an experienced M&E Shift Technician looking for an exciting new challenge? We are recruiting for a large, commercial office building in the heart of the city, close to Bank station.

About the Role:

You'll be part of a large, highly skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining a commercial, high-tech build. Your duties will include:

* Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of M&E systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the building.

* PPM and reactive maintenance across HVAC plant -AHU, FCU, etc

* Working with M&E systems and supporting AP duties.

* Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a critical environment.

* Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.

Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience as an M&E Shift Technician in a commercial building environment.

* Strong knowledge of Electrical systems and experience in mechanical equipment checks.
