What You'll Be Doing

Leading on a variety of planning projects, from initial strategy through to submission and appeal
Providing planning advice to a diverse client base including major developers, estates, landowners, and private individuals
Preparing and submitting planning applications, site appraisals, and development strategies
Developing and managing client relationships and contributing to business development
Mentoring and supporting junior team members
Staying informed on relevant policy and legislative changes

About You

MRTPI qualified (or very close to achieving chartered status)
Strong experience in planning consultancy or a similar private sector environment
Able to manage projects and client relationships independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Commercially aware, with confidence in business development and work generation
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
A team player who enjoys mentoring and collaborating with others
