Optical Practice Manager - Role

Zeiss specialists
Exceptional frame range - Lindberg, Tiffany, Maui Jim etc
Leading a team and making sure the practice runs smoothly
Training and developing the team
Monitoring performance and making improvements
Ensure the very best customer service possible
Working 5 days a week including Sats
Typical working hours from 8.30am to 5pm (4pm on a Sat)
Salary between £28,000 to £33,500

Previous experience of working within an Opticians
Management or supervisor experience
