Absolute Law Recruitment are working with a well respected Firm in East London who are seeking a NQ Private Client Solicitor.

The successful candidate will advise clients on a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts and estate administration. You will draft and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and conduct negotiations on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes.

Duties to include:-

* Provide guidance on tax implications and strategies related to estate planning.

* Liaise with third parties such as financial institutions, tax authorities, and other solicitors as necessary.

* Managing a diverse caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care.

You will possess strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients' interests and will have excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear client interactions and documentation.

* Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving with the capability to think critically under pressure.

The salary on offer is competitive depending on PQE experience.
