We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our Client's Commercial Dealership in Derby.

Our Client is offering the successful Commercial General Sales Manager up to £100,000 OTE.

Benefits:

Basic Salary £70,000 Depending on experience
OTE up to £100,000
Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 18:00pm
Company Vehicle included in the package
Ongoing Manufacturer Development / Training Courses 
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
Sell and Buy VehiclesRequirements:

Have a proven track record within a the role
Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
