Salary: £45000 - £60000/annum

We are a £150m London based Construction Group, looking for a dedicated and self-motivated finance professional to join the Senior Finance team to support transformation. You will oversee all financial transactions and processes of the department on a day to day basis. The role will report into the Group Financial Controller and Group Finance Director.

The role will be office-based 3-4 days a week depending upon demands of projects. The preference is for Senior team to be working together to push these changes and the expectation is to be in more days to facilitate a better delivery of projects.

The key responsibilities

* Manage the Accounts Payable/Receivable function with the support of the Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager

* Manage Overseas Finance Function along with support from Group Financial Controller

* Oversee and ensure timely submission of Payroll, CIS, VAT, P11D etc

* Review payment forecasts and submission of payment runs for sign off

* Working with Senior Management to deliver changes.

* Oversee and review the production of the management accounts across the Group

* Oversee debtors on the contracting businesses and keeping close dialogue with FD/FC on updates. Oversee the debtors of the smaller business without input from Senior Management

* Review CVR's and make any necessary commentary

* Review Project cashflows

* Lead Year End Audits once you fully take charge of everything up to financial reporting

Personal Skillset

* Self-motivated to achieve better personally and for the department

* Ability to work across departments with different people

* Able to produce Management Accounts

Desirable

* Dynamics 365 experience

* Construction sector experience (Reverse Charge VAT, CIS, etc)
