Personnel Solutions are hiring for a long-established, family-run car dealership with a strong reputation for honesty, quality, and excellent customer service. We're looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their friendly workshop team.

The Role

You'll carry out a variety of workshop tasks, including:

* General servicing and maintenance on retail and stock vehicles

* Conducting VHC's on all new stock

* Cambelt and timing belt replacements

* Vehicle preparation work for sale

What We're Looking For

* Level 2 or Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification

* Solid experience in servicing and general mechanical repairs

* Experience with cambelts and prep work is essential

* MOT Tester qualification not required, but desirable

* Hybrid/EV knowledge not essential, but desirable

* Someone reliable, hardworking, and able to work well in a small, supportive team

What We Offer

* Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience and qualifications

* Monday-Friday working hours (no weekends)

* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, with one extra day added each year for long service

* Basic tools provided (you're welcome to use your own if preferred)
