Reed Accountancy are representing a family-run, Teesside based SME business, who are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger on a full-time, permanent basis.Paying a salary of up to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience:-
In this role, you will be responsible for:-
- Processing large volumes of invoices
- Resolving invoices/payment queries smoothly and efficiently
- Matching invoices with PODS
- Ensuring all tasks are completed and relevant deadlines are met by the team
- Other general office duties
To be successful in this role you must have/be:-
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Possess a strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ensuring all tasks are completed and relevant deadlines are met by the team
- Good telephone communication skills essential
- Strong computing skills, with experience in accounting packages such as Sage, SAP or QuickBooks
