Want more hours around your permanent job and flexibility?

If you answered YES to both, then apply today!

We are recruiting Support Workers for supported living/residential organisations across South Wales to work alongside permanent staff, on a 1:1 basis or lone working to support individuals within the homes. Depending on the service, different levels of care and support will be required with various levels of training needed. Often, you may be required to take the individuals out in the community along with supporting them within the home.

Ideally you will be a driver, however this is not essential if you are confident in getting around on public transport. We try and keep shifts as close to home as possible but you're more than welcome to travel as far as you wish.

Why choose agency with BS Social Care?

Agency offers flexibility around your busy lifestyle, to pick up as many or little shifts as and when you wish. We work based off your availability and work hard to get you shifts close to home in your chosen area. Agency also offers you a chance to gain more experience, try new things and work alongside/with some amazing people!

Our dedicated consultants at BS Social Care value their staff and work closely with you to get you the work you want - whether this is a particular care sector, regular work or close to home!

Alternatively, we also have permanent positions available so please forward your CV with what you are looking for.

Benefits of working with us:

Weekly pay and paid PAYE (We do not use umbrella companies - meaning you accrue holiday pay and no hidden fees)
