Key Responsibilities:

Person Specification:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

A thorough understanding of the Year 2 curriculum, with experience in delivering lessons that are both challenging and accessible.

Proven ability to assess pupil progress effectively and use assessment data to inform teaching.

Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive, engaging, and respectful learning environment.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
