A Leading Housing Developer are looking for a freelance Assistant Site Manager for a development in Telford. Offering ongoing work and a supportive and knowledgeable team.

Job Duties:

Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all on-site activities
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor progress and quality of work
Communicate effectively with the project team

Required Qualifications:

SMSTS certification
CSCS card
First Aid training
Valid Driving Licence

Experience:

Prior experience as an Assistant Site Manager on a high volume development 
Knowledge of new build housing projects

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of construction processes
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team

Working Conditions:

On-site at construction developments in Telford
Full-time hours
