We're working with a leading healthcare provider who is seeking a passionate Paediatric Clinical Lead to oversee complex paediatric care across Somerset, Bristol, Gloucester, and Avon.

As the Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will take responsibility for managing complex care packages, supporting nurses in the field, and ensuring high standards of safe, effective care.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage paediatric complex care packages including planning, risk assessments, and clinical reviews.
Conduct new patient assessments and monthly clinical team meetings.
Perform medication and clinical audits to maintain compliance.
Provide clinical supervision and competency sign-off for Registered Nurses.
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care.
Deliver training on specialist equipment and personal care.
Support with emergency clinical functions when required.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (Paediatrics or Adult) - valid NMC PIN.
Strong experience in complex care: tracheostomy, ventilation, spinal or brain injuries.
Previous experience in community nursing / home care.
At least 2 years in complex or community nursing.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
Package & Benefits
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year
Hybrid & flexible working (Monday-Friday, 9-5)
Mileage paid for regional travel
Permanent, full-time contract
