Temporary Personal Assistant & Marketing Support (Luxury / Arabic-speaking preferred)
- £13/hour + holiday pay (approx. £27,000 p.a. equivalent)
- Remote, with occasional travel to Knightsbridge

We're looking for a super-responsive, highly organised Personal Assistant & Marketing Support Coordinator to support our high-profile clientwho are behind Saudi luxury developer and currently operating a pop-up in Knightsbridge.
This role is ideal for someone with a luxury, partnerships, or marketing background who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and help keep things running smoothly - whether that's coordinating marketing materials or letting in photographers.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the right hand to a very busy executive, managing incoming calls and requests, often at short notice.
- Being on-call and responsive to handle tasks as they arise (calls, access arrangements, document sharing).
- Assisting with marketing communications, partner updates, and remote coordination with stakeholders.
- Occasional travel to Harrods in Knightsbridge for ad hoc support (letting in photographers, managing logistics).
- Helping with presentations and basic partner reporting.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a PA, EA, or dynamic coordinator in luxury, real estate, marketing or events.
- Super responsive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong organisational skills and polished communication.
- Fluent in Arabic (ideal, but not essential).
- Available to start immediately and commit until the end of July.
This role is contracted via Deverellsmith, paid weekly on an hourly basis.
