Our client is seeking a caring and confident Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their baby room team at a beautifully designed nursery filled with light, warmth, and curiosity.

The successful practitioner will join a dedicated baby room team and play a key role in supporting the development and wellbeing of children under 2 years old. What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) – essential
  • Experience working in a baby room or with children under 2
  • A warm, nurturing approach and a clear understanding of child development
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine love for working with children
