What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) – essential
- Experience working in a baby room or with children under 2
- A warm, nurturing approach and a clear understanding of child development
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine love for working with children
