Senior FP&A ManagerA fast-growing Technology company in London is looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to take ownership of the finance function as the business scales. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth environment where you'll play a key role in strategic decision-making, commercial partnering, and improving financial operations.
You'll have responsibility beyond traditional reporting, with the chance to shape planning, forecasting, reporting, and systems improvement while working closely with leadership and wider teams.
What you'll do:
Own month-end close, accounts receivable/payable, and accurate financial reporting.
Manage external accountants and tax advisers for VAT, statutory accounts, and filings.
Oversee payroll, controls, approval workflows, and audit readiness.
Deliver monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and board materials.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and forecast-vs-actual analysis.
Support pricing, margin analysis, investor-ready models, and fundraising activity.
Partner on finance stack optimisation and use AI to reduce manual work.
What you bring:
4+ years' experience in commercial finance or finance business partnering in a high-growth environment.
Strong month-end, forecasting, and reporting experience.
Excellent financial modelling skills, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills.
Comfort working with imperfect data and a drive to improve processes and systems.
Experience with external accountants, VAT, or statutory accounts is desirable.
Bonus points for QuickBooks, Datarails, AI automation, or board/investor reporting experience.
