Job Title: Contracts Manager - Passive Fire Protection
Location: Enfield (with travel to client sites as required)

You'll be managing and overseeing contracts related to Passive Fire Protection, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This includes coordinating across teams, maintaining strong client relationships, managing project documentation, and driving legal and regulatory compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead multiple passive fire protection projects, ensuring full compliance with FRA and company standards
Oversee the full project lifecycle for proactive and reactive works
Manage departmental administration and deadlines
Develop project budgets, resource plans, and delivery schedules
Review and negotiate contracts with an emphasis on compliance and client objectives
Ensure project KPIs are met, including cost control, quality assurance, and health & safety adherence
Act as the lead contact for clients, resolving queries and maintaining positive relationships
Train and develop engineering and administrative teams
Contribute to recruitment and talent development for the department
Promote and enforce a strong health and safety culture, conducting toolbox talks and safety training
What We're Looking ForEssential:
Minimum 8 years' experience managing FRA and passive fire protection projects
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong understanding of industry regulations, fire safety codes, and compliance frameworks
Experience working in the social housing sector (preferred)
Skilled in preparing RAMS and overseeing on-site H&S compliance
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance KPIs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively with clients and teams
Holds relevant qualifications such as:

Professional certification in project management
Experience with workflow and data management systems
Familiarity with ISO fire safety standards
