Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service and supporting sales success? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a market-leading, national distribution business as a Sales Co-ordinator at their Tamworth office.

What you'll be doing:

Provide vital admin support to the Sales and Customer Service teams.
Liaise with stock controllers to ensure optimal stock levels for key accounts.
Run regular customer reports and analyse data for account reviews.
Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
Manage product coding, order input, rollouts, and printed stock.
Handle pricing checks and support with resolving queries.
Co-ordinate customer presentations, compliance reviews, and sample requests.
Communicate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Assist in appointment setting and tracking quotes for new opportunities.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a sales support, admin or coordination role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
Exceptional organisational skills and a logical, methodical approach to work.
Proactive and solution-focused with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads.
Strong communication skills and confidence building internal and external relationships.
Passion for providing first-class customer service.
A team player who is self-motivated and driven to get results.
